Warranty
Warmers: Happy Wax warrants your new warmer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
Warmer Bulbs: Happy Wax warrants your new warming bulbs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase
What does this warranty cover?
During the warranty period, the original manufacturer will replace the product or parts at no charge to the customer.

Neglect
Connection to incorrect voltage or power supply

Loss or theft

Refunds or replacements are offered within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, only replacements will be available.

The Happiness Guarantee is valid for 15 days after delivery.

Collection Packs are not eligible for full replacements. However, single pouches within a Collection Pack may qualify for replacement at the discretion of Happy Wax. Collection Packs cannot be returned through the return portal—please contact our Customer Service team directly for assistance..

The Seasonal Subscription Box, gift sets, Discovery Kits, Mystery Boxes, and products in the last chance sale section are not eligible for replacement.

Each customer is eligible for up to 5 free Happiness Guarantee exchanges in a rolling 365-day period.

After your 5th exchange, you may receive a $5 credit applied to your Happy Wax account for each additional eligible request (up to 12 total Happiness Guarantee claims per year).

Credits are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Happy Wax reserves the right to deny or limit replacements or credits if abuse of the policy is suspected.
