We cannot combine accounts at this time and urge you to use a single email address for orders on happywax.com to ensure you receive credit toward rewards tier status for every qualifying purchase made going forward.

What did we do wrong? We’d love for you to stay, but if you no longer want to be a member of the Happy Wax Rewards program or have an account on happywax.com, please reach out to hello@happywax.com to have your account removed. Please note that once your account is removed, all points will disappear and we are unable to reinstate it. 

Unfortunately at this time the Happy Wax Rewards program is only open to residents of the U.S.

Your Happy Wax Rewards status is determined by how much you spend every 12 months after the date you were enrolled (after promotional offers, before taxes and shipping charges are applied) when you check out with the email address that is registered to your account. Note that there may be a small delay of up to 30 days in the spend calculation that places you in your tier status. Visit our Terms and Conditions page to view full program details.

Once you've placed an order that qualifies you to level up tiers, you'll receive an email within 30 days letting you know that you've moved up and what benefits you have unlocked.

Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.

Don't worry - after you place an order, there's a small delay (up to 30 days) in spend calculations. If you do move up to a higher tier, you will receive an email to inform you and you can always check your status by logging into your account. It will be worth the wait, we promise!

At program launch in July 2022, if you have an existing account on happywax.com, you will automatically be placed into the appropriate tier based on your qualifying purchases made on happywax.com within the previous 6 months (purchases dating back to January 1, 2022). Your account will then follow the outlined program and update based on spend every 12 months.

Purchases made with gift cards or store credit are not eligible towards your Rewards status. For more information around eligible purchases, view our Terms & Conditions.

Is it time for us to sing Happy Birthday to you? All Rewards members who have indicated their birthday within their account will be sent a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from Happy Wax. Login to your account to indicate your birthday.

If you are in the VIP tier, you are eligible for a welcome gift. You will receive an email with additional information when your gift is ready for redemption. Make sure to update your email preferences to stay informed.
