There’s one Happy Wax product that customers seem to go crazy over: the Signature Warmer. Known for its 3-6-9 hour timer and patent-pending silicone wax melt dish, the Happy Wax Signature Warmer makes changing wax melts easier and more convenient than ever! We pride ourselves on creating quality products that you can use for a lifetime, so we’ve outlined a couple of instructions as to how to care for your Happy Wax Signature Warmer.
#1. Never fill your silicone dish with wax above the brim.
Our new Signature Warmers now feature deeper silicone dishes that allow you to fit 2x the wax—more wax than ever before! That being said, if you see overflow happening in your wax warmer, please adjust the amount of wax you are putting in your warmer accordingly. If you continuously overflow your Happy Wax Signature Warmer, you will risk damaging your new warmer! We recommend never filling your Happy Wax Warmer above the brim of your silicone dish.
#2. Always use your ceramic dish in conjunction with your silicone dish.
When using your Signature Warmer, make sure that you always use your silicone dish in conjunction with the included ceramic tray (older models) or the ceramic top (new models) when melting wax! This will ensure that your wax does not seep into the basin of your Happy Wax Signature Warmer and that it is cared for properly. Once your melting experience is over, simply remove the silicone dish and “pop” out the used wax!
#3. Wipe down the inside basin of your Signature Warmer.
Wipe down the inside of the ceramic before and after each use. Trace amounts of fragrance oil released from the wax may otherwise build up inside the basin of your Signature Warmer if not cared for properly. This will ensure the longevity of your purchase!

We have been using our new Happy Wax warmer and wax melts and love it. My husband sets it up and turns it on daily. It is a winner in our house. One question, how often should you change the wax that has melted, we have been adding a wax melt instead of removing the melted wax.
Great product!!

Hi @Angela Howard! When wiping down the inside of the signature warmer use a non-abrasive surface like a damp paper towel! You will no need to remove the bulb while wiping down your warmer unless you find it to hard to wipe down with bulb inside the warmer. In which case, you can gently detach the gray basin of signature warmer!

Hi @Cheryl , to change out your Signature Warmer light bulb, if you can not fit your hand inside the Signature warmer to remove the bulb, alternatively you can gently detach the gray bottom of the signature warmer for the ceramic base to change out the bulb. Also all of our Happy Wax Warmer bulbs are available for purchase here: https://happywax.com/collections/wax-warmer-accessories

How do you change the light bulb? It is hard to reach inside to retrieve the bulb. My husband had to create a special tool using a wooden handle with tape on the end. Also, the light bulb is not available in stores.
Thank you!

Hi! I am so excited about my purchase, I saw the ad on Facebook and was telling my mom about it and she told me about the GMA deal today! I stocked up and ordered a few Christmas gifts, well maybe! If everything ends up being all mine I can always order more for them, or me, I tend them be selfish with my good smellies!! But I digress! My question is about wiping down the inside of the signature warmer, what should I use to wipe it with? Also do I need to remove the bulb and wipe it down?
Thanks for any info you can share!
One excited new customer!
