Where do you ship from?

All orders placed on happywax.com are shipped out of our warehouse located in Hillsborough, North Carolina within 1-3 business days after being placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Orders on happywax.com are eligible to ship to the 50 United States, U.S. Territories, and P.O. Boxes.

We currently offer international shipping via Amazon. Check us out on Amazon for orders outside of the United States!

How do I check my order status?

If you have a happywax.com account, you can Click Here to sign in to the My Orders page and check your order status. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Free standard shipping over $50*

Applies to standard shipping in the contiguous US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

*In order to receive Free Shipping over $50, your final order total must be $50 or above, even after discounts are applied. Gift card purchases do not count towards the $50 order minimum.

Warranty

Warmers: 

For warmers purchased before March 20th, 2026:

Happy Wax warrants your new warmer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.

For warmers purchased on or after  March 20th, 2026:

Happy Wax warrants your new warmer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of six months from the date of purchase. You are eligible for a free 2 year limited warranty by registering your warmer here within 60 days of purchase.

Warmer Lightbulbs:  Happy Wax warrants your new warmer lightbulbs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase

What does this warranty cover?
During the initial eligible warranty period, the original manufacturer will replace the product or parts affected by manufacturer defects at no charge to the customer. During the extended limited warranty period, the original manufacturer will replace the product or parts affected by manufacturer defects at a 50% discount to the customer.

What is not covered by warranty?
Accidental damage
Abuse
Neglect
Connection to incorrect voltage or power supply
Attempted repair
Loss or theft

Returns & Replacements

If you are having issues with our products or are not happy with a purchase, please contact us via Email at hello@happywax.com (M-F, 9am-5pm EST) and we will work to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. It's the Happy Wax way!

Refunds or replacements are offered within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, only replacements will be available.

Happiness Guarantee

• The Happiness Guarantee is valid for 15 days after delivery.

• Collection Packs are not eligible for full replacements. However, single pouches within a Collection Pack may qualify for replacement at the discretion of Happy Wax. Collection Packs cannot be returned through the return portal—please contact our Customer Service team directly for assistance.

• The Seasonal Subscription Box, gift sets, Discovery Kits, Mystery Boxes, Exclusive Limited Edition (Vault) scents and products in the Last Chance sale section are not eligible for replacement.

• Each customer is eligible for up to 5 free Happiness Guarantee exchanges in a rolling 365-day period.

• After your 5th exchange, you may receive a $5 credit applied to your Happy Wax account for each additional eligible request (up to 12 total Happiness Guarantee claims per year).

• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

• Happy Wax reserves the right to deny or limit replacements or credits if abuse of the policy is suspected.
