- Your introductory shipment will include your FREE wax warmer and your melt selections (minimum of three). By accepting delivery of your introductory shipment, the customer confirms the exterior of the product and the conformity of the delivery are acceptable. Any problems to physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 30 working days from receipt of the initial shipment by sending an email to hello@happywax.com.
- After your introductory shipment, you will continue to receive a minimum of 3 wax melt scents every month. Your credit card will be charged with each recurring melt delivery, plus any applicable taxes (taxes vary by state). Your only obligation is to purchase a minimum of 3 melts per monthly shipment for at least 6 months. You can customize your subscription by changing your melt selections and quantity (above the 3 melt per shipment minimum) as often as you wish. You can manage your subscription online at happywax.com. You can also contact us by email: hello@happywax.com. At the end of the 6 month agreement period, you may choose to continue receiving wax melt shipments, or you may cancel your deliveries – it’s your choice. Deliveries will continue unless we hear otherwise from you. To cancel your deliveries, email us at hello@happywax.com
- Returns Process: If not satisfied, you may cancel your subscription by emailing us at hello@happywax.com. If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of the initial shipment receipt, you may return the free wax warmer to us at your own cost with no penalty. If you do not return the wax warmer within 30 days of the initial receipt, your credit card will be charged the full retail value of the wax warmer ($44.95 plus tax).
- Early Termination Penalty: If you cancel your subscription before the 6 month agreement period, or before having paid in full for 6 shipments of 3 melts per shipment = 18 melts, your credit card will be charged the full retail value of the wax warmer ($44.95 plus tax).
