On the night of June 22, 2024, we were alerted that our warehouse facility located in Hillsborough, NC was set ablaze as the result of a random act of arson. We are incredibly grateful that this incident occurred when no one was in the building, and we are relieved that no employees or members of our community were harmed. At Happy Wax, we know all about the potential dangers of an open flame!
We want to be transparent with our community about the extent of the damage. While a portion of our inventory was lost in the fire, we are happy to report a separate warehouse was unaffected. Our product offering has been reduced to reflect the inventory we currently have.

We are determined to rebuild and come back stronger than ever. Our team is working very hard to restore production and shipping operations, and we expect to have a majority of our product offerings back in stock in the coming weeks.

Update (7/30/2024)
In the last 30 days, our team was able to move mountains (and machines)! We have relocated to a new warehouse and our wax melt production is back up and running. Thank you to our fantastic community for your support during the challenging past month. We are so excited to continue bringing you fun unforgettable fragrance!
